There are many different items in Ubisoft’s newest adventure. By expanding the map to massive proportions, things have gotten a little overwhelming. There’s so much to do, and many things to shoot, in Far Cry 6. Not only are you fighting a war for liberation, but you’re also building an army. You need to upgrade your weapons and build new bases to keep the war effort strong.
Once you unlock the Montero farm in the early game, the base upgrades will be unlocked. From here, you need to go out and gather resources to build your bases out. Part of that involves completing random missions and looting them for resources and other items. FND Convoys are the primary source of Medicine in Far Cry 6. FND bases also spawn around the map, take these out to find more Medical supplies.
These randomly spawn around the map, and will be marked with a white and red truck icon. They spawn in any region, and move around the map at random. Attacking these convoys is your aim. When you fight these enemies, they will often be carrying basic resources. You might also want to go hunting Durable Plastic from enemy vehicles.
Medicine in Far Cry 6 has a very distinct appearance. It is a giant white crate that has shiny outline around it. Gather it up when you find it, and haul it back to base. Take medicine to the Foreman to unlock new base items.
To get plenty of camp resources and other upgrades, you might want to gather up some Yaran Pesos.
If you’re just getting into the game, there are lots to do. Fighting a war is tough, try upgrading your weapons if you find enemies too strong. As you’re adventuring, you might want to know how to take down bases. You can then use them to fast travel around. There are even cool animal companions like Guapo, that you can take around. If you’re after a better set of gear, go find and upgrade the Supremo. And if you’re trying to upgrade weapons, go hunt for some Depleted Uranium.
Far Cry 6 is available now on Playstation 4/5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. If you’re getting the game on PC, check out the PC system requirements, too.
