Capcom has released the updated PC system specs for the hotly-anticipated Devil May Cry 5, and they’re surprisingly easy marks to hit.
Devil May Cry 5 has long been a high-action series with tons of flashy moves and effects, so a PC port will likely want to be run at full tilt to enjoy all of the insanity that is Dante and co. in battle. Although even mid-range systems in the modern era should have no problem achieving decent framerates at 1080p with these specs.
And don’t worry if you’re not running the most stellar and up-to-date components, the requirements for running the game even at minimum settings will probably be comparable to a console experience, which in short means 30 FPS average with lower texture and shader quality. It’s still a perfectly fine way to enjoy the game, just not as face-meltingly awesome as running the game at full graphical capacity. Although if you’re like some gamers and only have a single drive all your games are stored on, you might want to start looking at an upgrade if you’re still running less than a 1 TB drive, because this game takes up 35 GB on its own, and if you’re like me, you’re probably setting on hundreds of gigabytes of games already.
Devil May Cry 5 is coming out for PC, Xbox One and PS4 on March 8th.
