With the new batch of Seasons and other changes coming in Pokémon Go and its Beyond patch, there’s a ton of stuff to do. And as we all expected, things are heating up this season with some new weekly and monthly events as well. You can earn all manner of rewards on your quest to the new level cap of 50. Part of this new structure of rewards and grinds is a new set of No Match for Magmar Research Tasks, themed around the iconic Fire-type from Gen 1.

The new No Match for Magmar Research Tasks tie into the daily event for Community Day this month, running on November 21. Players will have a bunch of new quests to run through tomorrow, so here’s a guide on what you need to do to help you out.

No Match for Magmar Research Tasks and Rewards

Here’s a list of No Match for Magamar Research tasks and rewards:

Step 1

  • Power Up Pokemon 10 times – 10 Poké Balls
  • Catch 15 Magmar – 20 Magmar Candy
  • Make 5 Nice Throws – Magmar encounter

Rewards – 2,000 Stardust, 10 Pinap Berry, and a Magmar encounter

Step 2

  • Catch 15 Magmar – 50 Magmar Candy
  • Transfer 10 Pokemon – 500 Stardust
  • Use 15 Pinap Berries to help catch Pokemon – 1 Sinnoh Stone

Rewards – 2,000 Stardust, an Incense, and a Poffin

Step 3

  • Make 3 Great Curveball throws – 50 Magmar Candy
  • Evolve 1 Magmar – 2 Golden Razz Berry
  • Transfer 10 Pokémon – 1,500 XP

Rewards – 2,000 Stardust, an Incense, and a Rocket Radar

Step 4

  • Claim Reward – 5,000 Stardust
  • Claim Reward – 1,500 XP
  • Claim Reward – 5 Silver Pinap Berry

Rewards – 2,000 Stardust, 3 Rare Candy, and a Magmortar encounter
