The other major way to get Bond points is to cook certain meals. Joker can cook some recipes in Persona 5 Strikers to gain more bond points and bonus EXP. Make sure to pump out some food before heading into a Jail run to get the max amount of reward from it. You can also gain various new recipes from Jails and Requests, so keep on top of them.
