Avast, me hearties! Sea of Thieves be swinging into port with a new content expansion. This latest load of booty be titled Forsaken Shores.
Sea of Thieves has enjoyed a fair bit of success and popularity since it’s full launch back in March. Since then, Rare have introduced multiple new content expansions to the open-world pirate game. There’s The Hungering Deep and Cursed Sails for example. Both of these updates introduced new themed locations, enemies and quests to the in-game world, making for a much richer sea-based experience.
Forsaken Shores looks the be the biggest and most important new content in Sea of Thieves so far. Players will gain access to an entirely new region in-game called the Devil’s Roar. And judging by the trailer, things aren’t going to so well over there. In short, everything is on fire, and the sky seems to be falling.
If we had to guess about other content, we’d expect new cosmetic items, ship upgrades and missions will join the Devil’s Roar as new content in this update.
