The game crashed through the 1 million sales milestone pretty quickly. And based on what’s planned, it’s only going to get more sales as time goes on.
The game has already sold more than 3 million copies on Steam, which is nuts for a relatively new game. According to Steam Charts, Valheim is ranked 5th in peak concurrent players with 502,387. It has only been around on the market for a few weeks and has already cemented a place among the hits like Cyberpunk 2077 and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. This alone would make it clear just how great the game is, but the developer wants to really earn that faith from gamers.
