Pokemon GO Moltres Day Announced for September
Niantic sure loves these Community Day Events huh? It would appear so because Pokemon GO fans have another in-game event to look forward to this month. It’s not too surprising to see another event though, after all, Niantic has already confirmed this event and the next two before.
Niantic has now announced that Moltres will be coming back to legendary raids for three hours on Saturday, September 8. This will happen as long as players around the world hit the Research and Challenges milestones set the week before the event. So get out there and start exploring!
Since Moltres has already been featured as a Field Research breakthrough reward, you might be a little underwhelmed by this news, but Niantic has a surprise for trainers that already hold the legendary fire bird. Not only is there a chance of catching a Shiny variant during the event, but it also get a special Sky Attack move.
In other Pokemon Go news, we finally got a new Legendary raid with Regirock. And we the next Community Day events were announced, including Chikorita. And aside from new raids and events, there’s some new Shiny variants coming to the game.
