Pokemon Go adding dozens of Generation 1 and 2 Shiny Pokemon

Pokemon Go

A new leak has been revealed that includes a giant expansion to the roster of Pokemon Go. This new leak contained dozens of Shiny variants of Pokemon, mostly from Generations 1 and 2. There are some third generation Pokemon as well, namely Kecleon and Gorebyss.

This new round of data mining comes from Chrales, a well-known leaker/dataminer within the Pokemon Go community

Chrales has also found listings for Spinda, Kecleon and Gorebyss, but not models. He also found new variants of Raichu, Geodude, Graveler, Golem, Diglett, Dugtrio, Snorlax, Hitmonchan and Marowak. There’s tons more in there, so check it out.

It’s worth mentioning that these were allegedly mined from network traffic as part of the game’s update process. That combined with the fact that many of these models are listed with an unobtainable max CP, makes this at least a bit suspect. But since Chrales has been right before, these leaks have at least a little credibility to them.

In other Pokemon Go news, we finally got a new Legendary raid with Regirock. And we the next Community Day events were announced, including Chikorita.
