Hitman 2 is headed to Colombia in it’s newest outing. Agent 47 will face all new challenges, but he’ll have plenty of toys to help him out. And by the way, Colombia is just one of five locations planned for the game. The newest assassin game in the legendary franchise is going to be badder than ever, in a good way. And to get fans hyped up, IO Interactive has published a short teaser for the game.
The Hitman franchise has become famous as an open-ended experience that’s a much about storytelling as it is about finding the most absurd ways to off someone. The series began in 2000 with Hitman: Codename 47. Since then, the series has evolved into a more episodic experience driven by exploration and careful planning as primary gameplay elements. The latest game in the series will improve upon the formula from the 2016 rehash by offering more varied and expansive locations, mission types and of course, tons of high-end weaponry and stealth implements.
The latest teaser just shows a glimpse of the improved visuals, mostly centered around the lush in-game environments, but things aren’t as tranquil as they seem. 47 is on the hunt for some new targets, and things are really about to kick off.
Hitman 2 will be available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 13, 2018. You can view the latest trailer down below.
