Monster Hunter World Gets New Video Showing Behind-the-Scenes

Capcom released the first of a series of videos dedicated to the creation of its upcoming mainline Monster Hunter game Monster Hunter World.

The video stars Producer Ryozo Tsujimoto, Executive Director and Art Director Kaname Fujioka, and Director Yuya Tokuda.

The focus for this part of the behind-the-scenes footage is all about how the developers envisioned the final product of Monster Hunter: World, as well as how they made that dream come true.

There’s also a section that discusses how the next-generation (or is it current-gen now?) hardware enabled the team, which is the largest dev team in the history of the Monster Hunter franchise, to create an action-packed adventure that should thoroughly please fans. That team also included veterans and new developers to the franchise.

The game is only two days away, and it will release on January 26th for PS4 and Xbox One, with a PC launch coming this fall.

You can check out the video below. You can also read about the upcoming day one patch. There’s also some great trailers for the game that you should check out.
