How To Buy A Workshop In Mount & Blade II Bannerlord

Where to find nobles in Mount and Blade II: Bannerlord

While you’re out hunting for bandits to sell for Denars, there’s a lot of other things you can be doing to both make money and strengthen your army in Mount & Blade II Bannerlord. The process of getting better weapons and armor for your troops is pretty labor-intensive, and if you’re just outfitting forces with the junk you pluck from the captured and slain enemies on the world map, you will eventually be outclassed by a more powerful and better-armed force. The Workshop in Mount & Blade II Bannerlord, this is one of the items you will need to make sure that doesn’t happen.

To get a Workshop in the game, you’re going to need a lot of Denar. Prices range from around 10,000 to as high as 15,000, but the investments are worth it. To purchase a workshop, head to a large town and start exploring. Make sure to aim for a town that has both an Arena and Tavern. This is also a good place to recruit some new companions and pick up some faction quests to both fill out your ranks and make some extra cash and renown.

You can speed up the search in a town by pressing Left-Alt on the map to highlight points of interest. Once you have the requisite cash and find a workshop, talk to the NPC there to get the option to buy the place. Each Workshop has options for what it can be converted into, so there’s plenty of potential for variety and experimentation.

There’s actually an entire real estate market in this game, as a part of a functioning economy modeled based on the conditions of the world. The better access to supplies a Workshop In Mount & Blade II Bannerlord has, the more profit it turns. It’s a very good idea to shop around, checking out the local market and surrounding area for any shortages in basic supplies. If there’s no one making alcohol in a town, snapping up a Workshop and building it into a Brewery might be a good call.

Keep in mind that there is a limit to how many real estate properties you can own. It looks like how many workshops you can buy is tied to your Clan tier level. So raise your Renown to raise that if you want to become the local real estate mogul.
