Being able to massive tune cars in Gran Turismo 7 is a big part of the experience. Ever since the first PlayStation release all those years ago, supping up your cars has been a big part of succeeding in races. And now that the franchise has come to the PS5, things are heating up. Not only can you change and alter the look and cosmetic parts of your car with thousands of paint colors and more, but there’s so much under the hood to be done.
As you experience more races—especially in higher license tiers—you will note that drivers are much faster and more skilled. To stay competitive, you need to keep your cars in top shape, and that means new parts. To be able to tune your cars, you have a few options. You could unlock the Tuning shop and buy parts with Credits. But since that takes a lot of work to unlock new parts and earn Credits, you have a new option. Roulette Tickets in Gran Turismo 7 are the other option. The Roulette Ticket allows players to unlock cars, credits, and car parts at no cost. Here’s how to take advantage of this new feature.
What are Roulette Tickets in Gran Turismo 7
Each ticket will have its own rarity, ranging from one-star to three-star. The more stars, the rarer and more interesting the rewards. As you play the game and complete Menu Books, you will get a few of the one-star rarity tickets. You could also get thousands of Credits from them as well, they’re pretty great for getting better rides. Much rarer three-star Roulette Tickets give out some of the best cars and parts in the game, and are much harder to get.
You really just need to play the game to get more, but there are a few set ways to get these items. There are two ways to obtain Roulette Tickets:
- Complete a Daily Workout – This daily task refreshes every 24 hours, and you need to travel a total of 26.219 miles in a single day to get a 1-Star Roulette Ticket.
- Complete Luca’s Menu Books – Hit up the Gran Turismo Café and check the Menu Book tasks. These common and small-scale tasks will often award new cars, parts and Roulette Tickets.
To use a ticket, open the Garage menu from the World Map and click on the Gifts tab. That will give you new cars and parts, depending on the rarity of the tickets.
There are many other things you can customize as well. Your livery on your cars can obviously be tuned to your liking. There are just a lot of cars that you can tune and upgrade. Being able to customize the look of your driver is a new option this year as well. It’s even so detailed that you have to wash your cars.
