So the saga of Telltale, much like the zombies that underpinned their biggest hit video game, just refuses to end. It’s now been revealed that The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series is coming soon to the PC via the Epic Games Store. The game is actually a collection of all of the various mainline and spin-off titles from within the adventure series based on The Walking Dead comic series. The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series is due to launch on the PC via the Epic Games Store on September 10th.
The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series was previously announced a couple months back, bringing a new and fresh take on the beloved adventure game series. The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series contains all 4 Seasons, 400 DAYS DLC, and The Walking Dead: Michonne. But in addition to all those games, Skybound, who took over the franchise after the sad collapse of Telltale, is adding in some great new features and changes.
For one thing, 10 hours of developer commentary, behind-the-scenes stuff and a documentary are all being bundled with the game. In addition to that, the games themselves are getting a bit of a fresh coat of paint. The graphical stylings in Season 4 are being backported to all previous seasons, giving the series one consistent look. Players can also expect gameplay and UI enhancements like improved lip syncing and animation to be in this version as well.
Skybound Games also released a new teaser trailer for the port, which you can check out below. The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series is also due to come out for the PS4 and Xbox One.
