You will also be quite dependent on luck to do things like surviving a shipwreck. That might sound a lot easier than it is, because this game loves to make things weird. How to survive a shipwreck in BitLife
The problem with this last step in the challenge is the cost. You will need a lot of cash, mostly from having a good job. Having a good job after school is a good idea. That means you will have the money you need in the bank to get through the later steps. Spend some time in school and college and get a good job. Save that cash, you will need it later. This is because you need to get a boating license, as you need to survive a shipwreck.
The first thing you need to do is something you might not expect. To get through a shipwreck in BitLife, the most essential thing is to learn to swim. By default, the game will not allow you to take swimming classes, as there are no such options in the Activities tab. The best way to get this done is to join the Swimming Team while you’re in school. Click your School tab and then choose the Extra Curricular option. Try out for the Swim Team and you’re good once you get onboard. Be sure to use the Practice Harder option in the Swimming Team menu as well so you guarantee learning how to swim.
Now, you need to work on getting a boat. That will be where the run through university and getting a good job comes in. Get at least about $25,000 in the bank and you’re good to go. Once you turn 18 you need to get your boating license. Once that’s done, it’s time to go shopping for a boat. Head to the Shopping section and visit the Speciality Vehicle Dealers. Select a boat dealer and browse their catalog. Once you have found your dream boat or ship, purchase it
The shipwreck itself is a random event. The fastest way to get into a shipwreck after you’ve done everything else is to get on your boat and take it out for a spin. Repeat this until you have an accident. The outcome of this event is dependent on RNG, and yes, you can get unlucky and not survive. IF you do this, you have two options. There’s an option to use the paid rewind feature if you want to have a premium addon. Otherwise, you basically have to restart with a new character.
