The new Diamond Casino Heist for GTA Online is live now. It lines up with the new story missions surrounding the Cheng family properties. The overall storyline ties into an eccentric and paranoid business man who is attempting to break into the casino game in Los Santos. Of course, because Los Santos is a crime-ridden hellhole, there’s some competition that needs to be taken out. Various missions have been released which the player undertakes to do just that.
The newest heist coming to the game revolves around this setup, with players taking on an entire casino heist, possibly to steal millions of GTA$. I’m predicting at least a few references to Ocean’s Eleven here, and like those classic films, this bit of thievery will take a bit of work. Planning the heist as a group requires a bit of extra setup.
Twitch Prime subscribers could have grabbed a free retro arcade property if they linked their Rockstar and Twitch Prime accounts before December 8th. If you didn’t manage to grab Pixel Pete’s Arcade for free, you will have some options to buy one instead. There are six arcades that you can choose from, each with their own price tags. Expect to spend a couple million GTA$ for this part of the setup.

When you have purchased your Retro Arcade property, it’s time to start the planning for the heist itself. You will get a new Diamond Casino Heist cutscene when you first show up, which I won’t spoil here. And just like some of the other heists, there’s a setup phase and a heist phase. So get ready to go in for the long haul on this one.
