How to get a co-worker fired in BitLife

How to complete the Office Olympian Challenge in BitLife

The new weekly challenge is live right now in BitLife. The big goal with this challenge is to be smart and get ahead of the competition. This new challenge for the next few days will award a unique cosmetic when you finish it off.  But you won’t be doing sports this week, oh no. The new challenge is very corporate, in the sense that you will be putting a lot of work into a soul-crushing office job.  Take good care of yourself and you can complete the Office Olympian Challenge in BitLife. There are many steps you need to complete to do well in this office environment. One of them is to get a co-worker fired in BitLife.

How to get a co-worker fired in BitLife

The game relies pretty heavily on the various random RNG-dependent events, and it can be kind of annoying. Players will have to contend with this to get most challenges done. The method to get your co-worker fired in BitLife is pretty reliable, but still random.

You can choose to either start a rumor about someone, or report them to HR. While starting a rumor about someone might get them fired eventually, it seems very inconsistent. The latter of the two methods is seemingly more reliable. The fastest way to do this is to make nice with a few people you work with, hopefully getting them into your Relationships menu. You can then get a possible random event where someone else pranks you or starts rumors about you. The more intense relationships you have with coworkers, the more likely this event is to fire. So try to seduce a few coworkers to see what happens.

Once someone retaliates against you by starting a rumor or pranking you, can then report them to HR. There’s a Report to HR for every coworker inside the Occupation tab, found by clicking that coworker’s name. If you successfully do this, HR should fire them.
