There are many steps you need to complete to do well in this office environment. One of them is to get a co-worker fired in BitLife.

How to get a promotion in BitLife

The game relies pretty heavily on the various random RNG-dependent events, and it can be kind of annoying. Players will have to contend with this to get most challenges done. There are some that are easier than others, as they have multiple methods. For one thing, the overall process of getting jobs is pretty complicated. And beyond that, players often have to earn promotions as they age. This can help you make money, but also takes some extra work. Keep reading to learn how to get promoted in BitLife.

You have two primary methods to get this promotion. It’s not something that you can do for every job, as it’s not really a thing in low-level jobs or part-time work. Once you have a job where you can actually get promoted in, the two methods are to work for it, or to just wait.

The forced method is to work harder at your job. When you go into the Occupation tab, choose the option at the top to Work Harder. Using this will make your character work harder and increase the chances of you getting promoted every year. Because of that, we recommend doing this at least once every year. If you don’t see this option, the job doesn’t have the option to earn promotions. Also, you can’t use this for some challenges.

That’s where the other method, which is just waiting, is the only option you have. There are some reports that you can buddy up with your bosses to increase your chances of getting promoted. This is unconfirmed, but it can’t hurt to try. Use the job menu and talk to your bosses each year. Also, once you’re more friendly with them and they appear in your Relationships menu, spend time with them. Being friends with them might help you get the necessary event faster.
