This week is a bit more simple. You just need to own and bet on horses. You will need a lot of money though, so you better focus on getting a good job first. Once you have the job and plenty of cash, you can buy a Horse in BitLife, here’s what to do.
How to Buy a Horse in BitLife
Here’s how to buy a horse in BitLife:
- Have between $500,000 and $1,000,000 in the bank.
- Go to Assets, and tap on Go Shopping.
- Tap on any Real Estate Broker.
- Buy any property with the Equestrian Property icon.
- Go to Activities and Tap on Pets.
- Tap on Horse Ranch, and select a Horse to purchase.
You could also get a birth into a royal family to get plenty of starting cash, that would speed this up too. It’s a good idea to have a very big plot of land first before doing this. Since you need five horses or more for the Kentucky Derby Challenge in BitLife, you need to have a lot of land. That means you need to check the Acreage of any property to see if it qualifies as a decent equestrian plot. You will see a grassy icon on any land in the Real Estate tab to make this clear.
Equestrian Property can cost millions of dollars, up to five million dollars. These properties can cost up to $5,000,000, so you’ll need a lot of money on hand before buying one. A well-paying career like a medical profession might be a good option too. Open up the Activities menu when you want to grab a pet after you have bought your new land.
Now it’s time to spend even more money. A Horse in BitLife can cost as much as $10,000 to $75,000. So you’re going to need more cash since you need to grab five of them for the weekly challenge. Each horse in the game has their own stats: Type, Age, Gender, Color, Price, and Monthly Expenses. Age and Expenses are good things to pay attention to when trying to raise a winning horse. These animals also have the stats of Health, Happiness, Smarts, and Craziness. Keeping them healthy and well-trained is also key.
You can interact with your horse via the Relationships tab in your profile. When you open that up you will see options such as Sell, Ride, Treat, Spend Time, and take to the Vet. Keep an eye on your pet’s stats and keep them high to make sure you’re going well handling them. There, once you have five of them and keep them healthy, move on with the challenge.
