How to rent your property in BitLife

Bitlife Movie Update

There are a lot of lives you can live in the digital world of BitLife. You can become a doctor, lawyers, or even a bum. There are even chances to join the mob and run in criminal circles. The hustles are varied and endless in this mobile game. You can even be a landlord, if you happen to own multiple properties that you’re not living in. This can be a way to earn some extra cash, especially if you’re doing a challenge that requires you to own a lot of homes.

But first, you need to buy properties. Here is how you can go shopping for homes in BItLife

  • Select the Assets button the main menu.
  • Hit the Go Shopping option to look at the market for various luxuries.
  • To look for houses, you will want to check the Real Estate Brooker option and go from there.
  • You will be presented with options for various homes in your digital city, pick on that is within your price range and buy it.

Be aware that renting will sometimes take a bit of work, you may have to put money into a rundown property to fix it up first, for example. Be careful of buying homes with mortgage loans and then trying to rent them, you can easily get into debt doing that, and lose everything. But whatever path you choose, you should have at least a couple homes to rent.

It’s also possible to list a home after adding additional features, spending money to improve the home. The more money you put in, the better your rent take is going to be, so keep that in mind. Once you list the home you will immediately start receiving offers from tenants. Look through the offers and pick the one that works best for you. You can then repeat this process for any homes that you own. Be aware that random events can sometimes trigger, requiring you to spend money on repairing the home.
