Cuphead patch 1.2 puts in Mugman player choice and new cutscenes
The incredibly difficult and charming action platforming title, Cuphead, has a new patch today, offering new options for players to enjoy in the really great platformer title. The game stars Cuphead and Mugman as they adventure their way through an increasingly challenging series of levels with very tough bosses over the course of the game. All in all, it is quite the amusing game and you should play it.
And with the launch of the new 1.2 patch, Cuphead is set For one thing, the graphical quality in a variety of areas is being improved. Cuphead now has fully animated cutscenes which adds a ton of new effects to in-game events. Expect a whole new level of quality to appear in the game as there’s so much more going on during gameplay and the story.
The game also now has a ton of new translations for different languages which allows gamers across the globe to enjoy it. And focusing on getting more people playing this game, the patch also introduces a new experimental DirectX 9 mode which allow older graphics hardware to run the title.
Cuphead is an interesting little indie project from StudioMDHR which took a mixture of platforming gameplay, a vintage art style and perplexing difficulty to create a game that sets a new bar for difficulty in the genre. The fun title recently launched on the Nintendo Switch, which is cool for gamers on the go. The game is out now for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Microsoft Windows and macOS.
