Code Vein Gets New Trailer Showing Companion Yakumo Shinonome

Code Vein Yakumo Shinonome Trailer

Another day, another peek at the JRPG Souls-like Code Vein. I must say, these trailers are having the desired effect and making me much more excited to get my hands on this game. That said, let’s take a look at what bloody mess Bandai Namco has for us now.

The newest addition to the player’s stable of AI backup is Yakumo Shinonome. He’s a brutal and in-your-face style fighter with a very traumatic history. It will be interesting to find out if his past as a soldier has major impact on the story of Code Vein, and in what way. As for his play style, expect a bruiser who is quick and efficient in dispatching enemies.

A Revenant and former mercenary, Yakumo is a faithful man who is good at taking care of others. He is loved by others and conducts himself in a cool and professional manner during combat.

If you want to see more, you can also check out another trailer featuring Mia Karnstein, or maybe you want to see a massive collection of screenshots for the upcoming game. You should also check out the official website for Code Vein if you want more details.

Code Vein will release in Japan on September 27th. The western release will follow just one day later on September 28th for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. If you want to grab a copy, can already pre-order it on Amazon. Check out the trailer for the game down below.
