Ballonlea gym answers in Pokémon Sword and Shield

Pokémon Sword and Shield have a bunch of new mechanics, making Generation 8 one of the more challenging and interesting generations of the games to come along. Players not only have to contend with a new roster but also all the type differences added over the last 20+ years, Now there’s new puzzles and stuff to overcome too. So to help you out, here’s a guide on one of the more annoying challenges in the game.

Each Gym in the game, in both versions, has a unique Gym Mission. It’s basically a simple puzzle you have to solve before you can progress to the Leader battle. Along the way you often have to battle a handful of Gym Trainers as well. Each Mission is unique to the Gym, and there’s a later one half-way through the game that’s very annoying.

One of the Gyms has its own unique challenge, involving some trivia, and it’s really annoying. The Ballonlea Gym is that problem. The bonus is that if you answer right, your team gets a small stat boost for the next battle. Each question proceeds a Trainer Battle, with three before the Gym Leader.

Either Poison Type or Steel Type is correct.

Once you have defeated the Gym Trainers, the Leader herself steps out to battle you. She will stop throughout the fight and ask a new question, so have these answers hand.

Another annoying challenge is near the end of the story, and finding the bad League Staff.
