Space Hulk: Deathwing – Enhanced Edition has just gotten some new free DLC for all players.
Included is a new map which is player in solo missions and co-op, the DLC bumps the overall online player count in the game up to eight total players. The new Mines map will pit your squad against an unending legion of Tyranid scum, so you better come prepared.
The Mines map offers a totally new setting to purge the Genestealer hordes in, filled with striking locations and rich with details taken from Warhammer 40,000 lore. The map is unlocked by default and playable in both Solo Special Missions and Multiplayer Coop.
The Infested Mines DLC also features a lot of new tweaks to gameplay and the HUD. You can now disable HUD elements if you wish, for example.
But since this is still Space Hulk: Deathwing – Enhanced Edition, expect more of the same in terms of gameplay. You’ll still be kitting out your squad with a variety of Flamers, Bolters and heavy weapons to massacre the enemies of the Imperium with extreme prejudice. Bring glory to the Dark Angels or perish!
