We saw the first real trailer for Life is Strange 2 yesterday, and then there’s the short teaser from a while back, now we actually have some gameplay to stare at. DONTNOD and Square Enix have released a new 20-minute gameplay chunk for Life is Strange 2, let’s check it out.
We see some more of the life of Sean and Daniel Diaz. It’s pretty typical fictional teen stuff as we see the older sibling getting ready for a party while having awkward moments, until things all go wrong. Things go downhill really fast and it turns out the teaser we saw earlier in the year was in fact related to the game itself. If you want to see the setup for why the brothers are stuck in this situation, this snippet of gameplay explains it. And if this is how bad things start off, I can only imagine how much worse they’re going to be by the end of the five episode series.
You can view the gameplay down below. Life is Strange 2 will be heading to PC, PS4, and Xbox One on September 27, 2018. The game will be released over the months following that date in a total of five episodes.
