Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales is a fairly short spin-off game. The game has a campaign, as well as a bunch of side activities to pad out the length, but you will eventually complete everything. As you unlock more abilities and get further in the story, you will be pretty invested in the life of young Miles, good news if you want to keep playing though. There is a way to play New Game Plus in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales and get more fun out of it.
The New Game Plus mode brings in all the campaign content with much tougher enemies and other challenges. The player will carry over all their progression, skills and gadgets in the playthrough. That won’t make things easier though, as the challenge is much higher this time. You will also unlock some unique items that can be useful tech upgrades for playing NG+. The one downside is that all the open-world activities and collectibles reset when moving into New Game Plus.
To unlock New Game Plus, you go to the Main Menu and press X to see your active save slots when starting a new game. You can choose one of your complete saves and load it into New Game Pluss by pushing and holding Square. There will be a plus icon and an NG+ notification which show up during this process. The game will overwrite your old save and reset it into a New Game Plus variant.
Now, you can just load that new save file and begin playing the game in the NEw Game Plus mode, with all of your upgrades intact.
