The BXR-55 Battler is the newest Legendary Pulse Rifle that players can get in Destiny 2. The game has added a bunch of new weapons in the Bungie 30th Anniversary event. During that time, we’re going to be seeing a lot of people chasing the god roll for these weapons. The mods and addons for the rifle are pretty varied, and a few of them are quite useful.
To get the weapon, you need to do runs of the Dares of Eternity activity. For doing this, you get a treasure key. Once you have collected a key, all you need to do is visit Xur’s Treasure Hoard and use them on the big white chest there. The drops are random, so you won’t get this weapon all the time.
Destiny 2: BXR-55 Battler God Roll
Destiny 2: BXR-55 Battler PvE God Roll
- Fullbore or Smallbore
- Flared Magwell or Accurized Rounds
- Adrenaline Junkie or Kill Clip
Fullbore or Smallbore can be made to work in PvE, depending on your playstyle. Flared Magwell makes the process of keeping shots on your targets much faster, so go for that. Accurized Rounds can also work here. Demolitionist is a must-have for AoE clearing, and the extra nades are a huge help. Adrenaline Junkie can work really well in PvE if you have the right build to get tons of grenade kills.
Destiny 2: BXR-55 Battler PvP God Roll
- Smallbore or Arrowhead Brake
- Ricochet Rounds
- Perpetual Motion or Snapshot Sights
- Blunt Execution Rounds or Rangefinder
Smallbore or Arrowhead Brake both work in that first perk slot for PvP. provided you can get plenty of stability and range from other perks. Ricochet Rounds will be great for dealing with the bulk of an enemy team when you find yourself under heavy fire. Most PvP players will likely prefer Snapshot Sights, but for those that want to be able to move around the map easier, Perpetual Motion might work better for you. For the final perk, the weakness of this weapon shows. There’s not a great general perk, aside from Rangefinder. However, some builds and maps might work better with Blunt Execution Rounds.
