How to do Collection Patrols in Destiny 2

Lots of new bounties have been added to Destiny 2 for the Guardian Games. Players will be zipping around EDZ, Mars, and other maps looking for the randomly generated quests to complete to earn cool loot and other rewards. And much like the other Patrol bounties, like the Combat Patrols, the new Finders Keepers bounty has players having to complete this loop multiple times to complete the bounty.

Just like the other bounties, you need to collect some items and turn them in via the Director. Finding them requires hunting across the game maps looking for a unique icon for the Collection Patrols in Destiny 2. Check out the image below for the icon you want to keep your eyes peeled for. The icon will lead you toward a certain type of enemies, which the icon will hover over, you need to kill this enemy. Once you take them out, they will drop a unique item that you need to collect. Each run of the Patrol will have you grabbing a handful of these items, so you will need to kill several of the new enemy types to collect the required number of items.

So this makes the quest a bit more like taking out specific enemy types, like Fallen bosses. Players will need to be doing a bunch of exploration to find these enemies though, so completing the Patrols three times could take some time. Open up your Ghost companion to help with this as the quest page will have a description of the target and what you’re looking for.
