This new weapon is called the Twin Shot in Remnant: From the Ashes. It was added in the newest DLC and it is quite the powerful handgun. The new weapon does take some work to find though. You will have to head out into the wastes as part Remnant: From the Ashes’ DLC Subject 2923, which means you’re going to need some new weapons. The bad guys aren’t messing around, so why not bring out the big guns?
Find the Servant Gate Key
To get into the correct area, you first need to get through the Deepfrost Expanse to locate a dungeon called the Watcher’s Hollow dungeon. At the end of the dungeon you will find an item inside of a small hut, the Servant Gate key. You will need this for later. Once done with the dungeon, head back out of the hut and look for the locked door to the right of the hut. Once you have used the key to unlock the door, you will find a group of rats huddled inside nearby to a giant rat statue. Kill these filthy rats to collect an item called Creeper’s Pepper.
Find the Rat Statue
The actual goal once all of the other stuff is done, you need to head out into the Deepfrost Expanse. Galavant around until you find the Watcher’s Hollow dungeon, that’s where you will find both the statue and an item you need to get through to the Twin Shot in Remnant: From the Ashes. Your goal once there is to find the Rat Statue hidden out in the wastes. Use the section above to locate it, and the image below for a visual example. There will be a large ax held by the character on the statue, and it is also holding a stone in the other hand. The Rat Statue is also missing one eye. If you were able to get the Creeper’s Pepper, you can interact with the statue to insert that into the socket.
Once you have found the statue head behind it. There’s a small secret passage behind it. The Twin Shot bow will be on the table at the back of the secret passage.
