Final Fantasy XIV 2018 Halloween event begins today, go get spooked

Final Fantasy XIV Halloween 2018 Event

Square Enix is getting in on the scary fun with their own events in games for the month of October. For players of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, it’s time to earn some cool new treats, because the All Saints Wake event is back!

The event will run from Thursday, October 19, 2018, at 1:00 a.m. to Thursday, November 1, 2018, at 7:59 a.m., and you’ll need to be at least level 15 in a job class to take part in the associated quest line. Head over to the Continental Circus in Gridania to begin the quest chain by taking it up with the Adventurer’s Guild Investigator. Once you meet Little Yin in the manor is when the real event begins.

Take the repeatable event quests to earn a variety of in-game rewards for completion. Two ghost minions, Little Yin and Little Yang, as well as a variety of house items, will be available at the All Saints’ Wake vendor. All the other rewards from previous versions of the event can also be picked up here.

We’ve included a video guide for the quest chain down below, thanks to YouTuber Work To Game for making such an excellent guide:

According to Square Enix, the official description of the new event is as follows:

The Continental Circus has returned to Gridania, the Impresario inviting citizens and adventurers alike to don their guises for a frightfully delightful masquerade at the troupe’s mansion. Yet the Adventurers’ Guild Investigator suspects that a deeper deception lies beneath…

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is available now for PC and PS4. There’s also the most recent expansion Stormblood which saw players hunting Primal threats across Eorzea while undertaking hundreds of new quests and collecting tons of new items. The game also had it’s 4.4 patch released recently, titled “Prelude in Violet”.
