Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker is getting the Third Hokage as another DLC character

Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker Third Hokage DLC

Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker is getting another free piece of DLC sometime in the future. In this case, the newest character coming to the fighting game is Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Third Hokage of the Hidden Leaf. The Third Hokage appears in the original Naruto anime and manga, and brings many of his iconic abilities to the fold in this game.

Abilities like the Reaper Death Seal (AKA Dead Demon Consuming Seal) the Third used against Orochimaru feature heavily in his repertoire. And being a firm believer of the Will of Fire, many of his Jutsu will use Earth and Fire elements as a core. It will be intriguing to see how the game renders out his high-level techniques, particularly the Reaper Death Seal.

In terms of other additions, both Sarutobi’s armor and staff we see in the anime are included in the paid character pack as well. You’ll be able to play with the character in all game modes for free, but there is a catch if you want to unlock training with it. If you’d like to have the character train you, you’ll have to purchase the “Special Master: Ninjutsu Training Vol. 2” for $3.99 USD. This pack is what includes the costume items.

Lord Third follows one of the legendary Sannin, Jiraiya as yet another addition to the massive roster of Naruto shinobi in the game.

Check out the trailer for the Third Hokage DLC down below. The DLC will be a free update, and will be released on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The game,Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker , is available now on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
