Destiny 2 Perses-D God Roll Guide

Destiny 2 Perses-D God Roll Guide

Destiny 2 has added a literal ton of new items and mechanics in its latest expansion. Bungie fans are salivating over all of the new exotics that just dropped. The new weapon crafting system in Destiny 2 The Witch Queen is a huge addition to the game. Gathering and using resources to make the weapons and gear you want is a huge uplift in the quality of life for the game. Players are busy rushing around, trying to find those new Deepsight weapons and caches, learning what secrets they hold. You have a lot to do when it comes to actually earn all these new weapons.

The game has so many options that it’s hard to get your head on straight about which ones you want. Destiny 2 has received a new batch of content that has made an obscene mess of the meta-game. Players are rushing around trying to craft and level the new weapons, all while trying to figure out the new god rolls. Adding to all that is a ton of complexity from Origin Traits and new perk combos.

How to get Perses-D in Destiny 2

This particular new weapon is a Season 16 World Drop. These can drop from Engrams regardless of source, so get out there and farm some Umbrals to see what you get.

As a Hakke Breach Origin Trait weapon, players will want to focus on trying to generate as many of the affected explosions as they can. Grenade spam, Stasis effects and more will be helpful here. And with the seasonal artifact bringing back Anti-Barrier Scout Rifle, I can see this gun putting in work for Nightfalls.

Perses-D PvE God Roll

  • Corkscrew Rifling or Arrowhead Brake
  • Tactical Mag
  • Rapid Hit or Stats for All
  • Headstone
  • Masterwork: Reload
  • Mod: Spec Mod

Corkscrew Rifling or Arrowhead Brake are the two barrel mod choices you have for both game modes. For most players, you’re going to want to opt for Arrowhead thanks to the boost to the ability to apply damage. Tactical Mag is a huge help here. The stats of the weapon pretty well fit with both PvE and PvP modes with the right perks. The perk combos are pretty lethal here, and will vary based on your other build choices.  Rapid Hit or Stats for All are both about the same level in terms of utility in the meta right now.

Perses-D PvP God Roll

  • Corkscrew Rifling or Arrowhead Brake
  • Accurized Rounds
  • Perpetual Motion or Rapid Hit or Tunnel Vision
  • Explosive Payload or Vorpal Weapon
  • Masterwork: Reload or Stability
  • Mod: Spec Mod

The PvP God Roll for this weapon is a pretty set loadout. Accurized Rounds is a huge help for hitting foes at range. Corkscrew Rifling or Arrowhead Brake are the two barrel mod choices you have for both game modes. And from there, you have some perk choices to pick from.  Perpetual Motion or Rapid Hit are your two best options in that first perk slot. Tunnel Vision can be good, but needs Explosive Payload to really work out well. Vorpal Weapon or Explosive Payload are your choices in slot 2. That offers some very different experiences, depending on how you play.
