Vermintide-2 Shadows over Bogenhafen Teaser

Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is a pretty good game if you’re a fan of the genre. The fast-paced action game puts the players in the role of warriors of Man, fighting back against the Skaven and other hoards of Chaos. Set during the apocalyptic End Times of the Warhammer world, there’s plenty of vicious enemies to slaughter. And starting from today and until November 24th, PC gamers will be able to download and play the game for free.

Those who claim the title for this free weekend will also get access to all of the DLC. That means gamers will have to all of the story content of the base game, across multiple levels, as well as all addons for new weapons and characters. Each of these DLC packs includes new enemies to fight, levels to explore and other goodies.

New talent trees and the proprietary Heroic Deeds System are included in the updates too. The multiple enemy types already pose plenty of challenge, but the Heroes have plenty of tricks up their sleeves. Characters can be customized with a variety of different Hero powers and class alterations the completely morph your play style. Go from a hulking monster of destruction to a much more nimble ranged fighter with ease.

So if you’re looking to get into some hack-and-slash Warhammer action, now is the perfect time.
