Disney has slowly been re-releasing older Star Wars titles, as well as major updates, to Steam and PC gamers for the last few months.
The latest game to hit Steam is 1998’s Star Wars: Rogue Squadron 3D. Unlike the X-Wing and TIE Fighter games, Factor 5’s take on the iconic fighters is more arcade focused.
Rogue Squadron takes place after the destruction the first Death Star. You’ll get to fly X-wings, Y-wings, A-wings, and V-wings. And if you’re in the mood to take down AT-ATs, prep your snowspeeder tow cables.
You can nab it on Steam for $9.99.
This was one of my personal favorites on the N64 console. I still fire up the later Rogue Squadron games on my GameCube every now and then, and this is a definite buy for me.
