Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker has another new character in the form of both a free character pack and a paid pack. And just like previous DLC characters, there’s a paid version if you want to use the character or moves for your custom characters. The pack includes not only the base character, the legendary Uchiha shinobi, but a number of movesets and avatar cosmetics.
In terms of new content, players get access to several new moves like the Uchiha Flame Formation and Obito’s Transportation Ninjutsu. The Bomb Blast Dance jutsu can also be unlocked via completing the training within the DLC. There also cosmetic items like Obito’s outfit and a special t-shirt detailing his Nindo.
Being a defensive character, Obito and his moveset are focused toward being able to stay in the fight longer by tanking or dodging enemy attacks. Using the transportation jutsu in concert with his ranged attacks can keep enemies pinned at a distance, making him an ideal secondary character on any team. Using these techniques combined with a good healer and ranged DPS can certainly win many matches.
