Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is the first multiplayer only game in the franchise, so the beta for this version will be super important for both hype and testing purposes.
And as expected, all of the typical modes will be in either this beta or a later one a few weeks from now.
Starting in September will be a multiplayer beta for Blackout, Call of Duty‘s take on the popular battle royale genre. During this time you will be able to play Team Deathmatch, Domination, Hardpoint, and Search & Destroy. The recently introduced Control mode will also have a presence during the multiplayer beta.
You can check out the trailer for the multiplayer beta down below. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 hits worldwide Oct. 12, 2018. Click here for more information on the beta.
And as of now, gamers can now pre-load the game via the PlayStation Store. But only those who pre-ordered the game off the PlayStation Store can access the beta earlier.
