How to find Noctilucous Jade
You have two options for hunting down this rare resource in-game. The easiest option is simply to buy it. You can get this and other resources from one merchant, Shitou, a merchant in Liyue Harbor. He will sell Iron Chunks, White Iron Chunks, and Noctilucous Jade. The Noctilucous Jade will cost 1,000 Mora each. If you’re not inclined to go after that route, you can find it out in the game world.
The item spawns in ore nodes in one region, the Liyue region, nearby to Mingyun Village, Yes, in the exact same area you would find Cor Lapis, you can also find this rare item. Look around this area, south of Wuwang Hill and Stone Gat to find the various nodes. You can also use the image below to know where to look.
