Guacamelee! One-Two Punch Collection Trailer

Anyone who has experienced the wonder and insanity that is the Guacamelee! franchise knows a unique gaming entry. The games marry Metroidvania gameplay with an extremely over-the-top style, and that’s the best bit. The game draws its inspiration from traditional Mexican culture and folklore, with a major focus on Mexican wrestling as well. And now, we’re getting even more of this great game franchise. That’s because there’s a new collection featuring both games headed our way.

The original Guacamelee! launched back in 2013 for PS3 and PS Vita, and was ported to PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and Wii U the following year. Even the Switch got into the ring with its own version late last year. And with the launch of this new physical release, a new set of gamers can climb into the action as well.

In regards to what comes in this new bundle, you of course get both games and a variety of different bonuses. There’s digital sets of both soundtracks for both titles. There’s also a full manual, a double-sided poster and a custom case. Drinkbox Studios and publisher Leadman Games are really pulling out all of the stops.
