The newest trailer for the latest episode of The Walking Dead: The Final Season has been released. And it looks like Skybound Games is doing a good job wrapping up Clementine’s story.
And if you have no idea what I’m talking about, and you’re wondering what happened to Telltale, strap in for quite the ride. It turns out that Telltale Games was constantly struggling to reach a decent level of success with their games aside from the first two season of The Walking Dead. And over the last few years the company continually lost money as sales decreased. A surprising development in November 2018 revealed that the staff had largely been fired, without severance pay, and that the company eventually entered full liquidation.
Post-closure, Skybound Entertainment formed a games subsidiary to take over production of the final few episodes of the season. This third episode is the first full effort by Skybound Games on that front.
So it turns out that fan-favorite Lee is making a minor return in this episode. The trailer reveals a bit about this
The game will launch January 15, 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC via the Epic Games Store. Check out that new trailer down below.
