It’s been a while since we’ve done one of these, so we thought it was time to let you fine folks know what’s going on in our neck of the woods.

We’ve got a couple of reviews in the pipeline, one for Starship Corporation, and one for Battle Fleet: Ground Assault. These reviews should land on May 1st, so keep your eyes peeled for that.

General Site Plans and Changes
The biggest change is that within the next few weeks we’ll be closing the video section of the site. We’re going to move select content over to the main site, but most of the content isn’t worth bringing over. This is being done to help us comply with the GDPR regulations that come into force on May 25. We’re also reviewing and revising our data collection and storage policies and practices to ensure compliance. Rest assured, we take the protection of your data very seriously, and will do everything in our power to safeguard your privacy. We’re probably going to publish more details on this in the future, but for now, keep an eye on our privacy policy for any updates.
We’re working behind the scenes to optimize things and make the site run smoother overall. There’s also some bug hunting and squashing being done. This work is being done now because we’re planning to push out an entirely new theme in the next few weeks, assuming all the internal tests go well.
We’re going to keep publishing more awesome gaming content for you folks, so these changes shouldn’t have a serious impact on the flow of our coverage.
