How to Unlock Caliban in The New War

Caliban is the newest Warframe added to the game, part of the recently released New War expansion. As the Tenno and their allies prep for a new conflict to arise, things have gotten tense. To help fight off terrifying new enemies, new technologies have been uncovered. The Tenno are going to need all the help that they can get.

Caliban is the latest Warframe, and it carries with it a suite of new abilities. Each Warframe in the game is often unique to the mechanic it was introduced alongside. Players can get all manner of beastly war machines in this game, what’s one more? As it’s the newest addition, a ton of players want to know how to get their hands on it. Caliban is a great support option, as its passive ability helps players stack on damage resistance to the type they are currently taking. The offensive abilities like Razor Gyre are incredibly lethal as well. This ability spins Caliban around the zone, dealing Impact damage to each enemy hit.  Keep reading to learn how to get Caliban in Warframe.

How to Unlock Caliban in The New War

To get access to all this content, you need to actually complete the new story. Provided you have beaten the base game and the previous storylines, you’re already partway done. You need to complete the new Narmer bounties to get Caliban Blueprints. Whenever the time of day changes, the Caliban part available from the Narmer bounty changes. The part chosen seems to be random.

Narmer Bounties unlock after you beat The New War story quest (available from your Codex on the Orbiter). From there, you can begin doing bounties each day to get the prints you need. Each part of Caliban has a specific blueprint. The process is pretty simple, once you understand it. Here’s how the game’s website describes it:

“Caliban Component Blueprints can be acquired from Narmer Bounties during daylight hours on the Plains of Eidolon, and Orb Vallis during the Night cycle (Night in Cetus means the Bounty is available in Orb Vallis). Narmer Bounties become available after completing The New War quest.”

Once you have the Caliban Blueprints, you can finally get to building the thing. Here are all the blueprints you need, and what parts you need to make each one. This is a multi-step process, os it will take a few days once you get goin.
