How to start the Bounty of Blood DLC in Borderlands 3

Borderlands 3 Bounty of Blood DLC

We’re already getting the third DLC for Borderlands 3, Bounty of Blood. The Bounty of Blood DLC adds a bunch of new enemies to fight and loot to grab, and it has its own storyline of course. When you apply the patch for the new content you will be able to take on the new bosses and other stuff. You can buy the Bounty of Blood DLC individually, but it also comes included in the Season Pass for the game as well.

The third DLC is unlocked, like many of the other questlines added to the game, and will show up on the  Sanctuary III ship. This means you have to get to that point in the story to start playing. And since the new level cap is 60, this content is aimed at endgame players to use it for a new level of challenge.

To start the Bounty of Blood DLC you need to head to the rear of the ship itself. On the table in the center of this room, nearby to the quick-change station and the lost loot machine, you will see a wanted poster; interact with the poster to begin the quest. You should be able to see a quest icon marker above it to mark the place you need to head to.

Once you have the quest, a string of objectives will begin with something called Blood from a Stone where you need to navigate to Gehenna. From there, you need to hunt down a special piece of loot and grab some interesting treasure. I’ll keep the details light to keep out any spoilers.

Head to the navigation panel at the front of the ship. From there, select Gehenna and bring the ship to this new destination. The drop pod will drop you into this new environment filled with enemies, new side-quests, and a bunch of other challenges.
