There are a ton of these items found around the game’s world. Your pouch items are quickly accessible items that you can use while exploring, without opening the menu. Being able to cure your poison will be pretty key, as there a lot of enemies that inflict this damaging status effect.

How to cure poison in Elden Ring

Managing this particularly lethal status effect is a bit of bugbear. You will need to find and use The poison in Elden Ring is a rather lethal effect, and it can kill pretty much any character.  There are two ways to remove poison from your character.

There’s a consumable item you can trade for Runes to use on poison. It’s called Neutralizing Boluses, and it’s pretty easy to get. You can buy these consumables from many merchants. One such merchant is the Nomadic Merchant at the Coastal Cave, but there are surely others in the game.

The second method is to use the Cure Poison Incantation. Incantations are one of two types of sorceries in Elden Ring, the other being spells. The incantations scale with the Faith stat, while spells scale with Intelligence. Putting points into the relevant stat will boost the power of both healing and offensive sorceries. You can purchase this spell from Brother Corhyn at the Roundtable Hold. You can reach the Roundtable Hold by visiting the Castleward Tunnel Grace point.
