Bouncy Eggs in Fortnite are the focal point for the new Quest batch this week. Season 6 has brought a bunch of changes to the map and some new stuff to find. Bouncy Eggs are a new Common item that were added as part of Fortnite‘s Spring Breakout event. They also confer a small stat bonus when you get them.
Just like other Legendary Quests, this one is all about the XP. Fornite will throw curveballs into the mix with these each week during a season. Given the Easter Holiday coming up, there’s a pretty clear theming going on this week.
Where to Forage Bouncy Eggs in Fortnite – Season 6 Week 3 Legendary Quest
The biggest thing to remember about Bouncy Eggs is that they don’t have set spawn points. It would seem as though the eggs are part of the normal loot table. That means they can drop from pretty much anything. Be sure to crack open any Chest and Ammo Box you come across to see if you get any Eggs. And if you don’t get any, you will at least have a nice collection of guns to shoot around with.
You’ll need to interact with a Bouncy Egg to pick them up, which will count as foraging, and give you a notch in completing the Legendary Quest this week.
Gathering one will give you a small boost to Shield, provided you are not already full. Players also get a small boost to jump range, and a small reduction in fall damage. This makes these items a pretty cool way to gain a small edge in combat. And when gathering bundles of 10 of them, you can earn some special rewards.
What rewards can you get? That’s pretty simple. There are five tiers of rewards, you can earn a bundle of XP for each tier, as well as the Tactical Quaxes Pickaxe skin at tier 1. You can get a total of 131,000 XP from these five levels for gathering Bouncy Eggs in Fortnite. Here are the five tiers of rewards:

- Tier #2 – 20 Bouncy Eggs | Reward: 24,000 XP

- Tier #5 – 50 Bouncy Eggs | Reward: 24,000 XP
