Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker class gameplay footage released

Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker Class Trailer

Another day, and we’ve got more trailers for upcoming games to gawk at. This time, it’s all about Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker. The team-based fighting game has a new trailer that talks all about the class-based system at the core of the game. In short, we’re looking at a rock-paper-scissors style system that allows players to create balanced teams. And with the extreme customization also in the game, there’s plenty of min-maxing strategy going on.

There are four types in general. Attack and Defense types are either DPS dealers or tanks respectively. There are also Ranged ninja who act as support DPS that help distract enemy ninja. Heal class ninja do exactly as the title implies, and keeps your other fighters on their feet. Bandai Namco look like they’re working really hard to create a balanced and fun fighting game, and it seems to be paying off.

Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker releases in Japan on August 30th only for PS4, while European and North American gamers will get it the day after, on August 31st, for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
