God of War is set to launch for PC on January 14th, 2022. You can pre-purchase the game right now on Steam or the Epic Game Store. And with that hype, comes a lot of PC gamers rushing to try and prepare their battle stations for the new adventures of Kratos.

if you’re just trying to barely meet the God of War PC system requirements, there are options for you. You won’t be able to run this game without a relatively modern rig, though, as the GPU requirements far outpace the likes of the AMD 500-series or Nvidia 600-series. These two ancient low-end GPUs just won’t be able to run the game. You need to step it up to something like a 960 or better to even have a passable experience.

Players will find a pretty big quality improvement on Performance-compliant rigs.
