Square Enix has launched yet another collab event for Final Fantasy XV this week, this time it’s a special event questline themed around the upcoming mobile RPG Terra Wars. The event will see Noctis joining forces with the protagonist from Terra Wars, Sarah, in order to save a magical land from The Eroder.
Head to the Malmalam Thicket area from Chapter 5 onward in-game to find the quest.
The event launches alongside the 1.26 patch for Final Fantasy XV, which also introduces an Info menu on the game’s title screen. Adjustments include an update to the 4K resolution pack on PC alongside changes to the player treasure system on PC. There’s also a new costume being added to the Comrades online mode themed after Lara Croft. Additionally, Tomb Raider music tracks have been added to the music player in the main game.
In other Final Fantasy XV news, Square Enix has announced plans for multiple new pieces of story DLC, and the new Pocket Edition is out now for PS4 and Xbox One, with a Switch version coming soon.
