Call of Duty: WWII‘s Days of Summer events are ongoing throughout the month of August 2018. And it will be adding tons of new content into the FPS over the next few weeks. One such addition is the latest event in the chain of fun-in-the-sun events players can partake in. And just like the previous event that had players brawling it out as plastic army men, these upcoming modes and contests are going to be weird.
The game’s online “Summer Community Challenge” will give players a shot at earning various new cosmetic items depending on the number of kills racked up across various game modes.
Things like weapon charms and skins are on the line for the best players, so keep racking up those kills if you want to unlock some sweet goodies. For example, the highest scorers can earn a unique double-barreled shotgun skin. Weapon camos and costume items are also up for grabs.
