Powerful Scorn enemies in Destiny 2 are a class of rare spawns that appear somewhat randomly in the game, offering a significant challenge for some interesting rewards. There are some quests and events that require the player to hunt Powerful Scorn enemies in Destiny 2. You will know you found one when the health bar has multiple layers beyond red.
The Season of the Worthy has introduced Rasputin Bounties, which means there will be more targets to take down of this kind thanks to new public events. The Scorn Public Events are your target for the best chance at these powerful spawns. There are a few different places to look, and a few different random events to be on the lookout for.
The Ether Harvest is first up, mostly spawning in the Dreaming City. The Ether Harvest can be found in The Strand and the Divalian Mists and will spawn plenty of Powerful Scorn. The Rift Generator event spawns in the Strand and is another common source for these enemy spawns.
Tangled Shore
Once you have hit up the Dreaming City, this is where you will want to head next. Look for the public events active in both of these areas, and these events will rotate from place to place, so check often.
Strikes
The Fanatic Boss is an encounter that many don’t think about when looking for Powerful Scorn enemies in Destiny 2. This event spawns as part of the Hollowed Lair Strike on the Tangled Shore. Go there and work your way through the entire quest to the last area, that’s where the Scorn spawns are.
Gambit
Gambits are also a great source of these Scorn spawns. Gambit is a great farming mode thanks to the horde of enemy spawns, but since the spawns are random you never know when or if you’re going to get the enemy types you want. The good news is that any number of Gambits can be performed, and there’s tons of potential for Scorn and other enemies to spawn.
