With the new O’dyllita expansion players are getting a ton of new content. Black Desert Online is adding an entirely new region with scores of new enemies and quests to tackle. And they’re trying their hardest to lure new and old players into the already massive game. Those who haven’t been around a while will be pleased to see new login rewards added. If you’re just getting into Black Desert Online, you get rewards for being a rookie and playing the game each day as well. Players can claim up to $100 of in-game items through these daily rewards. The refer-a-friend promotion has also been redone for the month with some new rewards.
A new coupon code has also been added that gives you a free bonus box of new content. The O’dyllita expansion coupon code is BDOODLT Enter and claim it before October 21 to get your gift.
O’dyllita also offers new challenges and quests to take on, giving players new enemies to break down. Four new unique Events will be added to the game to accomplish the bulk of this. These are there to offer players some basic rewards for engaging with the new content.
O’dyllita Launch Events
- Event 1: Event 1. Trade with the trio
- Period: October 7 (after maintenance)–October 14 (before maintenance)
- Choose a supply delivery NPC to trade off your [Event] Supply Box items with Gold Bar 10G. Your choice will decide which additional Hot Time boost you will get with the following maintenance.
- Event 2. Travel with Rulupee
- Period: October 7 (after maintenance)–October 21 (before maintenance)
- Find Rulupee travelling all over O’dyllita and complete consecutive quests to obtain Contribution EXP rewards.
- Event 3. Flower in the Darkness
- Period: October 7 (after maintenance)–October 21 (before maintenance)
- Find and gather Delotia that blooms all over O’dyllita which can be processed to get [Event] Emeracia’s Elixir Recipe.
- Event 4. Flower of the Burning Moon
- Period: October 7 (after maintenance)–November 11 (before maintenance)
- Complete all of O’dyllita main quests in order to get Mass of Pure Magic x5, Advice of Valks (+60) x1, and [Event] Enhancement Help Kit II x1.
That’s not all though, as there are some new out-of-game stuff coming as well. The Korean MMO is implementing new Twitch drops to encourage more interaction with the new content. There’s already a pretty sizable Twitch following for the game, but it’s pretty reasonable to want to bring more into the fold. The one downside is that the items from the drops promotion are restricted to users on North American and European servers.
Players that don’t have a copy of the game should also pay attention, for just by watching a Black Desert Online stream for one hour, they can secure a copy of the game if you’re lucky.
