Skybound Games, the team headed up by Robert Kirkman, has more details about the latest episode of The Walking Dead: The Final Season. The third episode will be called Broken Toys, and is going to be very bleak indeed, if the preview images we’ve seen are any indication.
For those who somehow didn’t know, development on The Walking Dead: The Final Season and several other projects was cut short after Telltale Games unceremoniously closed down earlier this year. The string of bad sales and overhyped pressure proved to be too much for the adventure studio, and they simply ran out of time and money. The project was revived a few weeks back after Skybound picked up the project and began work on delivering the final chapter in the story of Celementine.
In a trailer shown at the Kinda Funny Games Showcase, we learned more details about the game, including the release date. he Walking Dead: The Final Season — called “Broken Toys” will launch on January 15, 2019.
